Mt. Evans Title

Welcome to Tim's Picture Guide to Mount Evans

I have finally scanned all the pictures I wanted from the past few visits to Mount Evans this year. I have not organized them, or even made any pages for them. You can look through them by browsing the directory that they are in. When I get more time, I'll organize them and put up thumbnails of them or something. Click here to go to them.

That's about it for now. See ya up there! . . . . . . . . . . Tim

As many of you know, Colorado has 54 mountains that are over 14,000 feet above sea level.  Although they are all beautiful, my favorite is Mt. Evans.  Anyone who has been to Denver has seen this Mt. Evans directly west of the city.

Mt. Evans has a road that goes nearly to very top.  It is one of the most breath-taking drives in the country and is only a few short minutes from the Denver area!

If you are as lazy as me, then this guide should give you ideas as to how to enjoy nature from the comfort of your automobile.  Don't listen to those who may try to get you to ride a bike up to Mt. Evans. It is a lot more fun to drive up the road.
